- Open your web browser and visit our Issue Tracker.
Log In or Create an Account
- If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.
- If you don't have an account, look for the "Sign Up" or "Register" option.
- Follow the registration process to create a new account.
Access the Bug Reporting Section
- Once logged in, locate the "Report Issue" or "Submit Bug" option. This is usually found on the main dashboard.
Fill Out the Bug Report Form
- Reproducibility**:**
- Specify whether you have been able to reproduce the bug.
- Severity:
- Choose the severity level (e.g., Minor, Major, Critical) based on the bug's impact.
- Priority:
- Select the priority level (e.g., Low, Medium, High) based on how urgently the bug needs fixing.
- Select or Fill in your profile:
- Select a matching profile or fill in the details yourself
- Title/Summary:
- Provide a clear and concise title that summarizes the issue.
- Description:
- Write a detailed description of the bug. Include information about when it occurred, what you were doing, and any error messages.
- Steps to Reproduce(If possible):
- List the steps leading to the bug, providing as much detail as possible.
- Attachments (if applicable):
- Include screenshots, videos, your
ZDebug.log
or relevant files that help illustrate the bug.
Set Bug Severity and Priority
- Severity:
- Choose the severity level (e.g., Minor, Major, Critical) based on the bug's impact.
- Priority:
- Select the priority level (e.g., Low, Medium, High) based on how urgently the bug needs fixing.
